Luks Santaniello, a statewide insurance defense firm, is actively hiring for its growing Stuart office. We are searching for an entry-level associate as well as a junior partner.

The associate would work directly with one of our managing partners under the guidance of a senior associate and learn how to manage a case load, litigate a file from presuit through trial, and how to try cases.

The junior partner would manage their own case load from presuit through trial, though we do have a trial team available should you prefer to transfer your cases at the time they approach that point.

We are an excellent firm for anyone looking to litigate in Florida, but we are particularly great for working parents and folks who may not have trial experience but want to gain some. Stuart is a wonderful fishing town minutes from the beach but close to the action of West Palm as well!

Job offer includes annual base salary, quarterly bonus structure, year-end bonus potential, monthly bonus review for case handling efficiency, trial bonuses, and revenue share for client development.

    Requirements:

    • Membership in good standing with the FL Bar
    • Juris Doctor
    • Knowledge of AIM/PerfectLaw is a plus

    Benefits:

    • Medical, dental, vision, short-term/long-term disability, life
    • 401K with company match
