Attorney-Assistant, Assistant and Senior Assistant Attorney General

The Office of the Attorney General has multiple Attorney positions available within its Civil Litigation Unit, located in Tallahassee, West Palm Beach and Ft. Lauderdale. The position titles available are: Attorney-Assistant, Assistant, and Senior Assistant Attorney General. 

The Work includes prosecuting and defending civil litigation on behalf of state agencies and officials in all federal and state trial and appellate courts, as requested and as provided by law. Candidates are required to have a thorough working knowledge of federal and state rules of civil procedures, the federal and state rules of appellate procedure, evidence, and substantive law.
