The 19th Judicial Circuit is seeking a skilled attorney to assist the judiciary with legal research, drafting opinions and orders, reviewing case files, and advising judges on criminal, civil, appellate, and administrative matters.

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 5+ years of legal practice or court law clerk experience
• Florida Bar membership in good standing within one year of hire
• Valid Florida driver's license

POSITION:                Sr. Trial Court Staff Attorney

Position also travels to other locations within the Judicial Circuit and must be available for onsite training.

SALARY:                    $76,040.16 annually

($64,999.44 if less than 5 years exp.) ($58,499.52 without professional certification)
