The 19th Judicial Circuit is seeking a qualified Magistrate to conduct hearings, make recommendations on referred matters, and prepare findings for judicial review. This role works independently under the general supervision of the Administrative Magistrate.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 5 years of legal practice, including at least 1 year of family law experience
• Member in Good Standing with the Florida Bar
• Valid Florida driver's license

Equivalent combinations of relevant education and experience may be considered on a year-for-year basis.

LOCATION:               To-be-determined

Position also travels to other locations within the Judicial Circuit.

SALARY:                    $107,550.00 annually

Full-Time; Benefits Package Available; FRS Retirement
